Newborn Portraits | Felicity

Little Felicity’s mom called me for newborn portraits a couple weeks after her arrival. While I try to schedule newborn sessions between 5-10 days old, I’m so happy I was able to fit this sweetie in! I loved that I was able to take her portraits at their home and use several items from around their home to incorporate into her session. Doing in home newborn sessions are also so much more comfortable for the baby being around familiar sounds and smells and I find it’s more relaxing for the parents too. Being a little older, Felicity was a little more alert and wiggly than most newborns, but since we were at home I think things went a lot more smoothly since she was surrounded by familiar things.
